Took this picture on our deck today while doing some spring cleaning there.
By now most people have at least heard the name “heartbleed” if not been affected by it. WebpageFX is an online marketing firm from Pennsylvania that took the time to create an Infographic to help people understand what makes for a secure password and when you should change it.

This visit is the second one where Bianca has spent time with Maddie. As Barbie and I expected, Maddie remembered Bianca as soon as they saw each other. Maddie would snuggle with Bianca every time they were both on the couch.
As Maddie gets older, sometimes she needs a little help when we go on long walks. Today, Barbie and Bianca took the dogs for a walk around the lake while I was at work. Bianca said she would keep an eye on Maddie during the walk and she would carry her if Maddie looked like she was getting tired.
The picture below was taken as Barbie, Bianca and the dogs were walking back home from the lake. You can see how trusting Maddie is of Bianca in how she is being carried.
Our quick drive through our favorite monuments of the National Capital area concluded with a stop at the US Marine Corps Memorial (also commonly referred to as the Iwo Jima Memorial). The simple size of this statue cast against the National mall in the background as you look at it make this one of my favorite scenes in the area.
For lunch we decided to take Bianca to Rosa Mexicana; without question, our favorite restaurant down town. It may seem odd that a couple like us who grew up in the American southwest would absolutely love a Mexican restaurant on the east coast. But, Bianca agreed with our opinions and joined us as another southwestern native who really enjoys the flavors of Rosa Mexicana.
This week our niece, Bianca, is here visiting. While she has come out our way before, we haven’t really had a chance to take her into Washington. So, today was the day we finally got to show her some of our favorite monuments to see in Washington. Below are some of the sights we took her to.
To cap off our last full day on this vacation, we all went to Downtown Disney to see Cirque du Soleil’s performance of La Nouba. The show was awesome, but photography was prohibited.
After the show, I took advantage of the bright lights of the stores, restaurants and bars against the dark sky.
After walking around the park for a while in 85+ degrees we began looking for indoor attractions/rides so that we could get our of the sun and into some air conditioning. A Spectacular Journey Into The Movies fit the bill perfectly. This is a slow gentle ride where you are taken through animatronic movie “sets” of famous films.
Singin’ In The Rain
The Wizard of Oz
Today we visited the last park of our visit, Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This park was acquired by Disney after originally being built an operated as MGM Studios. As a result, the look and feel here is different than all of the other Disney properties that we have visited so far.
Following dinner and the fireworks, Barbie and I took a leisurely walk around the lagoon as the restaurants and shops in Epcot began to close for the night. The first place we stopped was in the Japan enclave which was gorgeous at night.
During our dinner, Barbie and I were treated to the IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth fireworks show again. The table we were sitting at was next to the lagoon in the center of Epcot center which gave us an ideal view of the show.
